Refund policy

If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us and request a return. At that time we will provide a return address and an authorization number. Once the returned item(s) are received, we will either exchange for another size or color, or refund your original method of payment, whichever you prefer.

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase date to request your return. Returns must have a return authorization number. Once return is authorized, all items sent back in the mail must contain a note with your name and your request (whether a return or exchange). 

SALE or discounted items are not returnable. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment once the merchandise have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please allow 5-7 business days for funds to appear in your account after your refund has been completed.
